Terms & Conditions

• Service: the FindFund.eu web application, including AI analysis, matching, and Value Proposition generation features.
• Synopp / we / us: Synopp, the company operating FindFund.eu.
• User / you: any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Service.
• Account: a registered user account on FindFund.eu.
• Content: any document, text, or data uploaded or submitted by the User.
• Output: AI-generated results including company profiles, compatibility scores, match rankings, and Value Propositions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FindFund.eu. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

FindFund.eu provides AI-powered matching of company profiles against EU funding calls published on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. The Service includes:

• Extraction of a structured company profile from uploaded documents
• Matching against open EU funding calls (paid plans) or sample closed calls (Free plan)
• Compatibility scoring with explained match reasons
• AI-generated Value Proposition documents
• Saved calls tracking and deadline notifications

Plans

Synopp reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days' notice. For monthly subscribers, the new pricing takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice period. For annual subscribers, the current price is honoured for the remainder of the paid annual period; the new pricing applies upon renewal. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@synopp.io if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or create risk for the Service or other users.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing unlawful content, malware, or personal data of third parties without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner beyond normal use
• Use the Service to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or designed to deceive EU institutions
• Circumvent any technical measures limiting access or usage
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation

Your content

You retain all intellectual property rights in documents and information you upload to FindFund.eu. By uploading content, you grant Synopp a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your uploaded documents or derived data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.

Platform and outputs

The FindFund.eu platform, its design, codebase, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Synopp. AI-generated outputs (company profiles, match results, Value Propositions) are provided to you for your own use, including use in reports, proposals, or deliverables prepared for third parties. Synopp accepts no liability for decisions made by you or any third party based on these outputs. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and contextualising all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.

FindFund.eu uses large language models to extract information from documents, score compatibility against EU calls, and generate Value Proposition documents. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are informational only. Compatibility scores, match reasons, and Value Propositions do not constitute legal or financial advice and do not guarantee eligibility for any funding call.
• EU call data may change.Call statuses, deadlines, and eligibility criteria are sourced from the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and updated daily. Always verify current information directly on the official portal.
• No funding outcome is guaranteed. FindFund.eu does not guarantee that using the Service will result in any funding award.
• AI extraction may contain errors. Company profiles extracted from documents may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your profile before relying on it.

Premium subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods once the subscription has been used. If you have not run any analysis during your first billing period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment by contacting info@synopp.io.

Single Report

Single Report is a one-time payment intended for business and professional use. By purchasing a Single Report, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or commercial capacity and not as a consumer within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU. Accordingly, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to this purchase. The Single Report service is considered successfully delivered when the platform has processed your uploaded document and returned at least one compatibility result. If the platform fails to process your document and return any result due to a technical fault on our side, contact info@synopp.io within 7 days and we will either reprocess your document or issue a full refund at our discretion. Dissatisfaction with match results does not constitute a service failure, as outcomes depend on the content of your document and the EU calls open at the time of analysis.

Taxes

Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU consumers. Business users in other EU member states may apply reverse charge where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synopp shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any funding application outcome, whether successful or unsuccessful
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs
• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance or technical issues
• Loss or damage caused by third-party services (Clerk, Stripe, Anthropic)

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Synopp's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Synopp may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you materially breach these terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour, or if continued access creates legal or security risk to the Service or other users. For less serious violations, we will endeavour to notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact info@synopp.io to request a review.

Synopp reserves the right to delete Free accounts that have shown no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Where possible, we will notify the account holder by email at least 30 days before deletion.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Synopp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, internet or infrastructure outages, failures of third-party service providers (including Anthropic, Stripe, or Clerk), changes to EU Funding & Tenders Portal data availability, cyberattacks, or changes in applicable law or regulation. In such cases, Synopp will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service as soon as practicable and will communicate disruptions to affected users where possible.

Synopp targets reasonable availability of FindFund.eu but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party dependencies. Where a planned maintenance window is expected to cause significant downtime, we will endeavour to notify users in advance by email or in-app notice. No refund or credit is issued for temporary unavailability unless caused by a sustained outage directly attributable to Synopp and lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, in which case affected Premium subscribers may contact info@synopp.io to request a pro-rata credit.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bayonne, France, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
